Throughout that work, one pattern became clear: identifying improvement ideas is rarely the real problem. The real challenge is translating best practices into solutions that fit operational reality, can be implemented pragmatically, and create lasting financial impact.
Having worked across industries, company sizes, and geographies, René saw how often organizations were forced to choose between two imperfect paths: expensive advisory-driven transformation or rigid technology-driven standardization.
